Whoa, it's raining pretty good out there right now! Surprise, surprise, San Diego's getting a late-winter storm. For once, most of the precipitation is falling here in San Diego County; LA County is hardly getting anything. Of course, I had to go out in the thick of it, when it was REALLY coming down. On those occasions, I remind myself of the years of driving 85 miles (one-way) to Spring Lake Park Bus Company (I'm sure they're defunct now...) when I lived in MN. In the winter, just about the time I'd be *starting* to get warm, I had to go fire off a stone-cold school bus, in sub-zero temps. IF it lit off, then I had to hope and pray the heater worked. Often, the bus never did warm up. So, a little rain here, I can tolerate
Anyhow, yes, I'm aware it's been a while since I've posted; I'll make more of an effort to be more timely in my postings. Otherwise, I hear about it from one of my relatives (probably the only one who reads my rants). Hope your day is going well!
